The premises of the Hatziemmanouil family’s winery are designed in such a way as to effectively support all the stages of the wine production process, from the careful harvesting to the valuable ripening in the cellar. The largest part of the premises is occupied by stainless steel wine vats, which depending on their function have various sizes. At the main entrance of the winery is the reception area, where guests can sit around the tables or stand at the bar to taste the wines. Just below the tasting room there is a cellar with French oak barrels, where the red and sweet wines mature.
